你如果新按装了什么硬件或软件，就是版本或者软件和系统兼容性的问题，如果没有，估计是硬件有问题，比如：CPU或显卡风扇是不是坏了，等。

这是内存的问题，或者是硬盘,系统都有可能。是不是蓝色屏幕？？？有可能还是主板，但是内存的情况多些
