最近我的电脑老死机，死机以后显示以下英文，由于本人不懂英文，请教高手：
A problem has been detected windows has been shut down to prevent.damage to your computer.
If this is the first time you're seen this stop error screen,restart you computer.If this screen appears again,follow these steps.
Check to be sure you have adequates disk space.If a diver is identified in the stop message disable the driver or check with the manfacturer for driver updates.Try changing video adapters.
Check with you haredware vendor for any Bios updates.Disable Bios memony options such as caching or shadowing.If you meed to use safe mode to remove or disable components.,restart you computer.press F8 to seclect Advanced startup options and then select safe mode.

再出现问题时，请你记下 Stop:0x000000 这样的代码，发到论坛上来。

首先告诉你，如果第一次发生此问题，请重新启动。

太麻烦了，我能力有限，无能为力

第二，检查磁盘空间。内存条是否插实。显卡驱动是否不兼容。

第三，检查BIOS的设置是否有问题。
