我电脑前几天总无故重启,前天开始就好了.没重启过.可是这两天又出现新问题了.2天出现了3次蓝屏.蓝屏的提示如下:
A problem has been detected and windows has been shutdown to prevent damage to your computer.
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen.restart your computer.If this screen appears again,follow this steps:
check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.if this is a new installtion, ask your hardware or software manufalturer for any windows updates you might need it problems continue.disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software.Disable BIOS memory. options such as cuching or shadowing
If you need to use safe model to remove or disable computers restarty.press F8 to select advanced startup options.and then select soft mode.

开始两次蓝屏都没什么事.今天第3次出现我重启后进我的QQ.QQ里的群10个只剩一个了.然后再重启,有3个群.后来再怎么重启都没用了.我机子没毒.请哪位高手帮看下是什么硬件出问题了..好迷茫.好无助...

我也是，有时候会这样的。不知道怎么解决啊～～～！

看提示 应该是硬件或软件的 内部故障所致 建议你重新拔插一下内存  再查看一下最近有没有装什么软件 进安全模式卸了试试看

再问下.我进BIOS看那个内存Totle              512MB
                        Memory Bank  0    256MB
                        Memory Bank  1    256MB
这里有什么异常吗? 一个是0一个是1.我不懂啊

0,1代表2个插巢的号码,表示你有2根256M内存,共计512M

这个问题很难说了,你查查硬件问题吧,可能内存问题
