出错现象：CPU、内存迅速上升，导致Delphi无法调试，电脑响应慢

步骤：安装卡卡上网助手6.2，开启卡卡所有监控功能。启动Delphi 2010，新建一个或打开已有工程，进行编程，点击Delphi Run，调试该工程，出现以下问题 (备注：可新建一个极为简单的程序，如只包含一个窗体的程序)

RegCallLib32.dll会反复加载，导致Delphi 2010内存及CPU占用率升高。

卸载卡卡上网助手后，问题消失。再次安装卡卡上网助手后，问题重现。
或者终止RSTray.exe进程后，问题消失。再次启动RSTray.exe，问题重现。
