补丁问题

Microsoft Security Bulletin MS08-076 – ImportantVulnerabilities in Windows Media Components Could Allow Remote Code Execution (959807)  以上是个补丁
  安装好后，重启后这个漏洞还在，怎么办，帮忙解决一下，谢谢！！！
