我是在官网上下载的瑞星，也是有付费的序列号的，在安装的时候有两个文件装了好几次都装不了，重重复复装了好几次了，保护伞都不能打开，我买瑞星就是为了有个实时保护，没有保护我要来当垃圾啊！

不行啊，我把瑞星监控中心去掉之后保护伞可以打开，但是我重启之后又加上去，保护伞又关了，太郁闷了

我之前有一个不用序列号也可以升级的瑞星，我之前装得好好的，后来中毒重装之后保护伞一直都打不开，不论装多少次都是，我以为是因为我没有注册，我就花钱买了个序列号，没想到还是不行！我不知道是瑞星垃圾还是我的系统垃圾，我就是怕中毒查会想要个比较好的实时保护，如果没有实时保护，我根本不知道我买了个什么东西，有什么用！早知道瑞星这么垃圾我就买别的杀毒软件算了，现在他的软件有问题还要网友帮忙解答，要想客服还要打个长途去北京!超垃圾！

虽然也只不过是几十块的东西，但是感觉就是被瑞星的人骗了一样，越想越气！我之前买正版的江民虽然贵点，虽然听说江民软件不好，但是至少也没有这些基本的问题让人生气啊，连个实时保护都用不了，根本一毛不值，光能杀毒的网上大把破解版的！
