大概在4~5天前在打开电脑后发现瑞星的图标(就是那把小绿伞)变成黄色的
在点了"开启所有监控"后就变回原来的绿色了
可是我想说以防万一,就打算先升下级再查杀时发现不但无法查杀连一要升级就出现下面的出错讯息
个人防火墙要升级时也是出现同样的情形

之后我把瑞星的杀毒软件和个人防火墙都卸掉重装后是恢复正常
但是今天又出现相同情形,想情问一下有没有高人知道这是怎么一回事,又该怎么办
