打开网页出现“Forbidden”，这个问题求解
打开Internet Explorer，出现下面的文字：
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /adpfile/9/index.html on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
不过刷新下就出现正常的主页，我的是百度。
不是每次都出现。
但比较烦。希望能解决这个问题。
