我用的是2009全功能杀毒软件，刚买的3年版，以前都可以升级，自从家里接了无线路由器上网，就不能升级了，开机时屏幕右下角的“小绿伞”也变成黄色的，请问这是怎么回事？怎么解决？
注：按升级键，会出现“An error occurred while reading the configuration file. please try to repair the file using add/remove programs in the windows control panel and try again”
