瑞星升不了级（即使下载升级包，在首页总是显示更新日期为2009-1-1）而且不能杀毒

升级时显示:
An error occcured while reading the configuration file.Please try to repair the file using Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel and try again.(1)
