升级不了瑞星杀毒软件
我的杀毒软件已经升级为09的了，可是点击“快速查杀”的时候没有反应，而且点击“软件升级”的时候会弹出警告“An error occurred while reading the configuration file.Please try to repair the file using Add/Remove Programes in the Windows Control Panel and try again.”这是怎么回事啊？怎么才能恢复？请高人指点。谢谢！！
