没办法升级防火墙，但杀毒软件可以升级(自从升级成09后就再也不能升级了）
一点防火墙的升级就跳出个对话框：
an error occurred while reading the configuration file。please try to repair the file using add/remove programs in the windows control panel and try again.(1)


以上内容，我防火墙目前版本是21.17.23
还有一个很严重的问题：我的安装光盘不见了，序列号也没了。不敢卸了重来
