急需帮助

各位楼兄：
      我的电脑每点一次就会出现 错误提示为：
        Application Error
        Exception EStringListError in module kernel32. dll at 00012A5B. List index out of bounds(5).
以上具体什么原因怎样解决请各位加以指点，多谢！
