disk boot setor is to be modified是病毒吗

系统开机(未进windows后)显示:
Disk boot sector is to be modified.Type "y"to accept,anykey to abort.
Phoenix Technologies.Ltd
按Y后,也能进windows ,但有些设置改了:
按其它键后,正常进入,但机子容易死机,而且进入后显示explorer违规.
请问是病毒还是什么别的问题

用户系统信息：Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1)

另外机子容易出现蓝屏

原来是主板有问题，性能不稳定，重插了一下板子，现在好了，不是病毒，谢谢大家
