红鬼兄弟谢谢你的帮忙，问题已经解决，可是我只按照你说的上半部既在SRENG2里删除了两项服务，可你后面说的让我在安全模式下删除

这两项我并没找到，本想再上网问问你怎么回事，没想到一打开浏览器居然恢复到原来的主页了，这是怎么回事啊？

我的电脑---文件夹选项----查看----隐藏已知受系统保护的文件勾去掉,显示所有文件勾上，隐藏已知文件类型的扩展名这个勾去掉
这些我都知道啊，可就是找不到啊。
