【求助】邮箱自动发送病毒??!!!
我只是给一个朋友发一份普通的邮件，结果却被退回来了
还有这样一个信息：

答：由于大量的病毒都通过在附件中包含".exe"等后缀的可执行文件来传播，为了保证大部分用户的安全，搜狐邮件系统关闭了包含这类附件的邮件的接收功能。如果您需要发送这类文件给搜狐的用户，我们建议您首先使用winzip或者winrar这些压缩工具将这类文件压缩为".zip"或者".rar"结尾的文件，再附加在邮件中发送。

也就是说，我发给他的邮件中含有某种程序！
可我根本没干这事啊
我觉得我的计算机中病毒了
我该怎解决？瑞星也没查出个所以然来
