求助高手解析

[/font 我的电脑最近老是死机,出现蓝频,并出现下面一段话.看不懂,请高手帮忙.

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,restart your computer .if this screen appears again,follow the steps:
cheek to make sure any new haraware or software is properly installed
If problems continue,disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software
.pisable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable compenents,restart your computer,press F8 to select Advanced startup options,and then select safe mode.

但是请问 在BIOS中设置一下，禁用BIOS的缓存和映射项 这这个该怎么做?
