开机后，刚进入欢迎界面时，出现如下提示：

svchost.exe---应用程序错误
“0x7c95426d”指令引用的"0x00000000"内存，该内存不能为“read”
要终止程序，请单击“确定”
要调试程序，请单击“取消”
          确定    取消

点击“取消”后，出现蓝屏！！！！！上面只有两行字：
STOP:c00021a  unknown Hard Error
Unknown Hard Error


每次开机都是这样，我该咋办？

为啥我的问题总是没有人能解决？

很感谢！不过自己电脑具体是哪种情况还是不太清楚，似乎上边提到的都出现过，哎！
不过想讲一下：最近电脑开机运行一段时间后从“开始“按钮选择关机时，总是没反应，我就只好靠长时间按机箱上的按钮来关机了。不知有没有帮助各位来分析一下我电脑的具体情况？

再补充一下：有时机器运行过程中突然蓝屏，出现如下提示A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
