我在装瑞星杀毒软件的时候，第一次出现了这个情况，在快要装完的时候，显示兰条已经到了五分之四或更多的时候，突然不动，出现了蓝屏，文字如下：
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer.  If this is screen appears again, follow these steps:
    Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.  If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove and newly installed hardware or software.  Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.  If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select Safe Mode.

上面的文字每次装到后面的时候都出现同样的文字，然后我只能重新启动机器了。
而且，在最后一次关机前，又出现了一下这个屏幕。因为正要关机，我就硬关了。
请问：这是怎么回事？以前装瑞星的时候都没出现过这个问题。
还有我在删除的时候也无法删除。
请求高手指教。

那请问楼上，怎么能够装上呢？刚买了正版瑞星，没想到出了这个问题，而且我想彻底卸载后重新装，但是删除到第三项“删除文件”的时候几乎就是死机了，不动了，我只能结束任务。等于是职能重新在已装的基础上覆盖重装，但是问题一样，还是过不去。

有人说还有可能是硬件的问题，可能性大吗？因为是组装的机器，我也实在没把握，如果是硬件有某些问题，会是哪个件的问题？

9494，真奇怪了，我先去安全模式下试试看，实在不行再格盘吧，豁出去一个大工程。只要期待硬盘什么的别出问题就是了。
