最近电脑老是出现问题很郁闷，可自己又是个电脑盲，真不知道该怎么搞，请各位老大多多指教．
最近关机是老出现蓝屏上面一大堆英文，可惜我看不懂．真是急死人呢！

Check to make sure any new hardware of sofeware is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardwore of software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.
If problems contiute,disable or remove any newly installed hardware of software Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing .If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart you computer ,press F8 to select safe mode
