安装问题
请问高手，我以前安装的瑞星杀毒软件由于无法升级，我将其卸载后重新安装了一个，但安装后出现以下提示，我不明白，请指点：

我将计算机重启后，打开C盘，发现program files里有个Rising文件夹我在将其删除的过程中出现：无法删除RavMonD.exe.请确定磁盘未满或未被写保护而且文件未被使用。
