海外公司的升级的问题

作为一家澳洲海外公司的技术支持,我们使用瑞星为全公司提供安全服务(2005版),个别的电脑由于版本仍然是2005版,所以不能够使用瑞星的自动升级服务,要升级就要login到网站上去下载升级包装,login成功后,升级包装只能通过默认的IE来下载,每一次,IE都报告下载完成,可是实际没有,也许原因是为了里中国服务器太远,连接不稳定,可是我们没有时间反复尝试连接。这样的问题已经在不同的几台电脑上都试验过了,我试图通过下载工具来下载,目的是为了确保数据的完整连接性,以确保整个完全被下载,可是不能够使用任何下载工具,非常困扰。如果没有其他办法完成升级,我们将很难在继续使用瑞星了,希望得到帮助或谅解。谢谢

hi there, I've got some problem updating my Rising 2005 product. While i was trying to upgrade my product by clicking "upgrade" in the main interface, it automatically contact Rising server, and then a window pop up saying that "because your rising product is too old, plz download integrated version".....Then i followed the on screen prompt to login to Rising website, and click the one i want to download.....but the problem is, due to the server is in China, the IE downloader can NEVER download the whole 50MB package, instead, it terminates itself after few minutes reporting the download is completed, but actually it is NOT. From my experience, this problem can be solved if I use some third party download software such as Flashget to ensure the integraty of the downloaded package. But unfortunately, the Rising website won't allow me to use any other download software other than IE default one.

I am very much stucked at this stage, many computers in my company facing the same problem, if this problem persists, Rising doesn't leave me much choices but focing me to consider other brand/alternative for the entire company.ÛµŸ*Žo0ê°Ibbs.ikaka.comõŒPɁüÏ—ñ
