现在安装的2003系统老是出现指令错误，而后关闭程序的现象。

烦请高手给予指点，我的机子为什么会格式化后无法安装而自动关机呢？是病毒吗？
现在的系统开机时出现“至少一个系统或服务出错”及“Generic Host process for win32 services出错”的提示，还有运行中为什么老是出现“0×******”出错的信息而关闭程序？
如何解决？
