What's new:
added interception of the following API calls: SuspendProcess, SuspendThread, EndTask, ProtectVirtualMemory;
added self-protection from termination attempts by means of WM_CLOSE, SC_CLOSE messages;
added a new reminder about running applications that do not have rules.
Fixed bugs:
some UI fixes (keeping notification windows size and position, column position);
minor issues in modules.
