前段时间用电脑的时候家里跳电了接着之后小弟的电脑在系统里只要关机或者重起都会蓝屏所以这几天关机只能机箱上强行关机(我的电脑啊55555) 奇怪的是 我如果在BIOS的界面里重起 就不会蓝屏了.只有系统里关机重起才会蓝屏
蓝屏代码是 0x000000c2 (0x00000040 0x00000000 0x80000000 0x00000000)
现在问题是在于 我从网上查了下关于这个的解决办法 都是拿系统盘 来修复! 打 disable cnsminkp这个命令(按照网上一步步做的 绝对没有疏忽的地方 也换了几张系统盘) 但是我打上去总提示cnsminkp无效之类
我一开始以为是内存问题 又把内存擦了下还是没用 也换了显卡驱动之类的 我也杀过毒也没有病毒没有木马 也打过N个系统安全补丁 一些优化和绿色软件都用过了都没用 (包括安全模式下) 还是蓝屏!!!!!
我的系统是XP-SP2
因为我不想重装系统 CDEF盘都有很重要的东西 也没有很多的空间让我C盘转移文件 我也没有移动硬盘 所以哪位好心人能帮我下,在不需要重装系统的情况下解决这问题 小弟万分感谢 我的QQ号264859574
