* added Windows Vista support (experimental);
* several languages updates.

Fixed bugs:
* some kernel-level optimization;
* incomplete default registry groups IE Cache;
* deadlock on Fast User Switching usage (Windows XP);
* error on child process location from App Activity dialog;
* incorrect rules changing through App Activity dialog;
* incorrect version information processing for some applications;
* incorrect personal registry HKCU rules processing.

Known issue:
* fast User Switching is not supported on Windows Vista.
