彻底解决需要两步：
首先，把电脑的机箱打开，清理灰尘，查看各部件是否松动．如果还有你说的问题．就把整个硬盘格式化再装系统．是整个硬盘．不是光Ｃ盘．现在已经不是以前的时候了．格式了Ｃ盘重新做系统就ＯＫ了，这个观点已经要改变了．

楼上说的有一定的道理，查看硬件并逐步排除硬件问题，设置biose为默认设置。格式化重新安装。

注意到正规值得信任的网站下载使用软件。
