我得操作系统是windows xp sp2 。在关机时系统会自动重启！后来把“我得电脑”“系统属性”
“高级设置”“启动和故障恢复设置”“系统失败”“自动重新启动”关掉后，电脑不再重启。
可是在关机时出现下面的英文，电脑再也没有反应了！我得英语不好，请高手们帮帮忙给看一下，我到底改怎么办？？

关机时，出现的英文见下：

英文说的是，“错误”被删除，WINDOWS已经关闭以防止损害你的电脑，后面说的是，是硬件或软件没安装好……
楼主最近安装了什么程序，卸了试一下！

重装系统！！

可能是遇到软件冲突了。如果最近安装了什么软件，先卸载看。另外看你现在安装的软件哪些出现了问题，比如不能启动，或者是出错，然后重新安装。另外，你可以设置biose以默认模式启动。或者可以进行一次系统还原。
