近几天开机时,出现两次兰屏,显示的信息不同,请高手帮助下.
第一次是一开机,就出现兰屏,并显示以下内容:
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
PAGE-FAULT-IN-NCNPAGED-AREA
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,restart your amputer.If this screen appears again,follow these steps:
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.If this is a new installation,ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.
If problems continue,disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software.Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use safe Mode toremove or disable components,restart your computer ,press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options,and select safe Mode.

后来按重启动键，接着选择了“正常启动WINDOWS”项，能进入WIN XP,其它正常。
过了四天,开机后自检完毕,一过WIN XP画面又出现兰屏,显示:
STOP:c000218 Unknown Hard Error
Unknown Hard Error
Beginning dump of physical memory
Physical memory dump complete
Contact your system administrator or technical support group for further assistance
按重启动键,选择“正常启动WINDOWS”项，又能进入WIN XP,其它正常。
