电脑开机不到一分钟就自动关机,请问我的电脑是怎么了 ?

电脑开机不到一分钟就自动关机,再次开机后检测一下,对话框里显示如下:
Problem caused by antivirus or firewall program
You received this message because your antivirus or firewall program has caused a blue screen error, which means the computer has shut down abruptly to protect itself from potential data corruption or loss.

Troubleshooting
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The following troubleshooting steps might prevent the blue screen error from recurring. Try them in the order given. If one step does not solve the problem, then move on to the next one.
Update your antivirus and firewall programs and scan your computer for viruses
If you have an antivirus program or firewall program installed on your computer, make sure they are up to date and that the latest antivirus definitions are installed. Check the product websites for your antivirus and firewall programs for information on getting the latest updates. When these products are up to date, run a thorough antivirus scan of your system.
If you do not have antivirus software installed on your computer, it is possible that your firewall program is causing the problem, or it could be that your computer has been infected by malware.
What is malware?
Malicious software, also known as malware, is designed to deliberately harm your computer or collect information about you (including personally identifiable or other sensitive information). For example, viruses, worms, and Trojan horses are malicious software.
We recommend using a web-based scanner to check your computer for malware. Many of the top antivirus software providers offer this service free of charge on their websites.
To see a list of Microsoft and third-party providers of antispyware, anti-malware, and antivirus software, go online to the following website:
Security software: Downloads and trials
To see a list of antivirus software vendors, go online to the following Knowledge Base article:
List of antivirus software vendors
Tip
Consider scanning your computer using more than one web-based antivirus scanner, even if you have an antivirus program installed on your computer. This will help make sure that you are using the most up-to-date antivirus definitions and allows you to benefit from the different strengths of each antivirus software manufacturer.
If you do run multiple antivirus products, make sure you run only one product at a time. Running multiple antivirus products simultaneously can produce incorrect results.
Check for multiple antivirus programs running on your computer
Running two antivirus software programs on your computer at the same time is not recommended because the two programs can interfere with each other. Even if you don't think your computer could be running two antivirus programs, antivirus software can sometimes come bundled with your computer and it might be running without your knowledge. To check if two antivirus programs are running, follow these steps:
Click the Start button , click Control Panel, click System and Maintenance, and then click Administrative Tools.
Double-click Services.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
Look at the list of services under the Name column. If you find two antivirus programs, right-click each service associated with one of the programs, and then click Stop. Note that there may be multiple services running for one antivirus program.
Download and install the latest updates and device drivers for your computer
Use Windows Update to check for and install updates:
Open Windows Update:
Windows Update
Click the Check for Updates link in the left pane, and then click View available updates.
What if I don't see any available updates?
If you see the You receive updates: Managed by your system administrator message you can try clicking the link to Check online for updates from Microsoft Update or Check online for updates from Windows Update, but you might need to contact your system administrator to obtain the desired updates.
If you don't see the message above and no updates are available in Windows Update, after you click the Check for Updates link in the left pane, then the available updates have already been installed.
Select all important and recommended updates.
Select the Optional updates you want, and then click Install.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
If you recently added a new hardware device to your computer, go online to the manufacturer's website to see if a driver update is available.
If you recently added a new program to your computer, go online to the manufacturer's website to see if an update is available.
Uninstall your firewall or antivirus software
If the earlier steps did not solve the problem, try uninstalling your firewall program. If this makes the problem go away, then contact the manufacturer of your firewall program for more information about a possible solution. If the problem doesn't go away, then try uninstalling your antivirus program. If this makes the problem go away, then contact the manufacturer of your antivirus program for more information about a possible solution.
Warning
Uninstalling your antivirus or firewall programs can leave your computer unprotected from viruses and other malicious software. While your computer is unprotected, refrain from using e-mail, only visit websites that are known to be safe (such as your antivirus or firewall manufacturer's websites), and restore antivirus and firewall protection as soon as possible.
How do I uninstall a program?
Click to open Programs and Features.
Select a program, and then click Uninstall.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
Note
If the program that you want to uninstall isn't listed, it might not have been written for this version of Windows. To uninstall the program, check the information that came with the program.
Try removing any recently installed hardware or software
If you received the blue screen error after adding a new hardware device or program (including games), and the previous steps didn't solve the problem, try removing the device or program and restarting Windows. If removing the new device or program allows Windows to start without the error, contact the device or program's manufacturer to get product updates or to learn about any issues with the device or program.

Consider restoring your computer to an earlier state
If the blue screen error occurred after installing a system or program update, consider using the System Restore feature to remove the changes. System Restore uses restore points that have been saved on your computer to return your system to a point in time before the problem began. This can make your computer work again, but the problem could reappear if its cause is reintroduced to your computer.
Do one of the following:
If Windows doesn't start:
Restart the computer and, when the screen becomes blank during startup, repeatedly press F8 until the Windows Advanced Options Menu displays.
Use your arrow keys to select Safe Mode with Command Prompt, and then press ENTER.
For more information about safe mode start up options, go online to read an article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
Click to read KB315222
If you are prompted to select a version of Windows, select the correct version, and then press ENTER.
Log on to the computer using the Administrator account or an account that has administrator credentials.
Open a command line window by clicking the Start button , clicking Run, typing cmd in the Search field, right-clicking cmd.exe in the search results, and then selecting Run as administrator.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
Type the following command, and then press ENTER:
systemroot\system32\restore\rstrui.exe
(Where systemroot is the drive and directory where your Windows system files are located -- for example, "C:\Windows")
Follow the instructions that appear on the screen to restore the computer to an earlier state.
Or, if Windows starts:
Log on to Windows using an administrator account.
Click the Start button , and then, in the Search box, type system restore and press ENTER.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
In the System Restore wizard, click Next.
On the Choose a restore point page, click the most recent system restore point, and then click Next.
On the Confirm disks to restore page, note that your system disk is selected and click Next.
On the Confirm your restore point page, click Finish. System Restore restores the previous Windows configuration, and then restarts the computer
Log on to the computer as an administrator.
When the System Restore Restoration Complete page appears, click OK.

Advanced troubleshooting
The following steps can help determine what is causing a blue screen error and provide additional options for solving the problem. Try the above troubleshooting steps first before trying these advanced troubleshooting steps.
This section is intended for advanced computer users, such as software developers and network administrators. If you are not comfortable with advanced troubleshooting procedures, we recommend that you perform these steps with someone who is.
Step 1: Start Windows in safe mode
Restart the computer and, when the screen becomes blank during startup, repeatedly press F8 until the Windows Advanced Options Menu displays.
Use your arrow keys to select Safe Mode, and then press ENTER.
For more information about safe mode start up options, go online to read an article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
Click to read KB315222
If you are prompted to select a version of Windows, select the correct version, and then press ENTER.
Step 2: Collect more information about your computer and search online for answers
To continue troubleshooting this problem, you will need to collect more information about your computer, and then use it to find more information online.
Use Event Viewer to find specific information about this problem
Event Viewer is an advanced tool that displays detailed information about significant events on your computer. It can be helpful when troubleshooting problems and errors with Windows and other programs.
Click the Start button , and then, in the Search box, type Event Viewer.
In the list of search results, double-click Event Viewer.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
In the left pane, double-click Windows Logs, and then click Application
In the Actions pane on the right side of the window, click Find.
In the Find dialog box, type bluescreen, and then click Find Next. When a blue screen event is located, close the Find dialog box.
In the Actions pane, click Event Properties.
Click the General tab, and then locate and write down the Fault bucket. An example fault bucket is 0xD1_W_portcls!CPortWavePci::Notify+12.
Use the Windows Vista Communities to troubleshoot this problem
Go online to the Windows Vista Discussions in Hardware and Devices Community.
In the Search For box, type the fault bucket name, and then click Go. This will give you a list of the posts that include this fault bucket. From the results, you might be able to determine if anyone else is also experiencing this problem. If you don't get any results, try searching for the driver name or the device name. If you get too many results, you can add other keywords to your search, such as your system information.
If you don't find a solution to your problem in the search results, you can post your own question by clicking New. To post questions, you need a Windows Live ID. We recommend that you provide as much system information about your computer as possible with your question.
Go online to get a Windows Live ID

What is a Windows Live ID?
If you have an MSN Hotmail, MSN Messenger, or Microsoft Passport account, you already have a Windows Live account. You can go online to sign in now with your current account information to start using Windows Live. If you don't have a Windows Live ID, you can go online to Get your Windows Live ID to sign up.
If you don't find a solution to your problem in the Windows Vista Communities, you can go online to search the Internet for the fault bucket name or the driver name. If you find troubleshooting steps for your problem, we do not recommend following them unless they are for your specific brand and model of computer.
Step 3: Disable your firewall service
If you are using a third-party firewall program, try disabling it to see if the problem goes away. Some firewall programs provide an icon in the Notification Area, which might allow you to disable or shut down the firewall service by right-clicking its icon and selecting a menu option. See the documentation that came with your firewall program for instructions on how to do this.
To manually disable your firewall service, follow these steps:
Warning
This procedure describes how to turn off third-party services. Be careful not to disable Microsoft services, because doing so will turn off System Restore and cause you to lose all system restore points.
Click the Start button , type msconfig in the Search field, and then press ENTER.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
Click the Services tab, and then select the Hide all Microsoft services check box to filter the list to third-party services only.
Find your firewall service in the list of third-party services, deselect its check box, and click OK.
Restart the computer and check to see if the problem has gone away.
If the problem goes away after disabling your firewall service, contact its manufacturer for more information on how to solve the problem.
