我的电脑经常跳出“信使服务”的对话框，有着不同的内容，用英文说我的系统出了问题，要去它提供的网站下载一些软件来解决，有多个网站，我不相信这些，是不是我的电脑中了病毒啊，还是一些流氓软件啊
怎样才能解决这个问题啊？？？
