我发表不了贴子

我的浏览器在看其它任何网站时都正常，只是在看这个网站时http://61.132.255.216/Portal/xxq/CourseView.asp?ID=61 点击播放后，出现的页面我可以正常观看几分钟，几分钟以后，就会出现错误报告，说什么IE既将关闭，点击确定以后，这个网站的网面和点击播放后链接的页面自动关闭，而其他网站的IE却没有关闭，在其它网站看、听在线的电影音乐都正常，http://61.132.255.216/Portal/xxq/CourseView.asp?ID=2071 这个网站和上面一个网站也是同样出现这个情况，（这两个网站可能只有安徽的电信用户才能打开），不知道是什么原因？
