是什么意思啊 还有进程本来是31个.. 现在是32个..请高手帮我看看是那里出错了

1、到http://www.arswp.com/下载WINDOWS清理助手，解压缩；
2、删除以下服务:
[Help and Support / helpsvc][Stopped/Auto Start]
  <C:\WINDOWS\system32\interne.exe-->%WINDIR%\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\pchsvc.dll><Microsoft Corporation>
[Security Control / secctrl][Stopped/Auto Start]
  <c:\windows\system32\rundll32.exe vmvreg32.dll,scan><Microsoft Corporation>

3、重启电脑删除以下文件（实在找不到就算了）：
C:\WINDOWS\system32\interne.exe
c:\windows\system32\vmvreg32.dll

4、重启电脑到安全模式，全盘杀毒，之后用WINDOWS清理助手清理下病毒和流氓软件残留。
