一、双击“我的电脑”--工具--文件夹选项--查看--勾选“显示系统文件和文件夹”，取消勾选“隐藏受保护的操作系统文件（推荐）”，之后勾选“显示所有的文件和文件夹”--确定；
二、打开c:\windows\system32文件夹，找到zxgpri.dll这个文件，将其重命名为1.dll；
三、开始--运行--输入regedit.exe--回车；
二、展开注册表编辑器左侧窗格的注册表树形目录，定位到[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]这个注册表项,单击，在注册表右侧窗格找到并删除其下列值项（右键在值项名称上点一下，选择“删除”）

三、展开注册表编辑器左侧窗格的注册表树形目录，定位到[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer]\ShellExecuteHooks]这个注册表项,单击项目左侧的“+”号，展开其子项，找到并删除其下列子项（右键在子项名称上点一下，选择“删除”）：

四、展开注册表编辑器左侧窗格的注册表树形目录，定位到[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows]这个注册表项,单击项目，在注册表右侧窗格找到<AppInit_DLLs>这个值项，双击此值项，将反白显示的c:\windows\system32\zxgpri.dll这个值项值删除--确定；
三、重启进入安全模式，开始--程序--WINRAR--WINRAR，打开WINRAR压缩工具窗口，WINRAR压缩工具找到并删除以下文件(找不到就算了)：

c:\program files\internet explorer\ravdhmon.exe
c:\program files\internet explorer\ravwdmon.exe
c:\program files\internet explorer\ravqjmon.exe
c:\program files\internet explorer\ravgjmon.dat
c:\program files\internet explorer\ravqjmon.dat
c:\program files\internet explorer\ravdhmon.dat
c:\program files\internet explorer\ravwdmon.dat
c:\windows\system32\windhcp.ocx
c:\windows\system32\1.dll
e:\autorun.inf
e:\autorun.exe
四、安全模式下全盘杀毒。
注意：以上步骤期间不可以任何方式直接访问E盘，否则后果自负。
