我做了镜象然后重新在官网上下载了瑞星杀毒软件 我是正版用户 结果监控始终无法打开
以前无这种情况 我升级和删除软件时总是在[现在关闭监控]时停滞 而且在系统中心 点击监控中心时 看不到任何监控中心的东西
现在既不能保障我的电脑 又无法正常使用贵软件 请给个实际的答复 让我享受到付费用户的待遇 谢谢
