开机的时候出现如下错误：

　　在使用电脑的时候速度超级的慢，有好些应用程序都打不开，主要表现为句柄无效。还有就是我装卡巴也装不上直接阻止我打开卡巴的安装窗口。我想在网上下个360先清除一下恶意软件可是连下载的网址都不让打开，每次打开的时候都是只闪一下就没了，别的网页都可以打开，我试了一下就是关于杀毒的这一类软件网都打不开，只要是有关杀毒类似任何字眼的不管是网页还是窗口还是应用程序都是那种情况。我都重做了一次系统就是其他的盘没格，里边有东西不想丢了。我怀疑是Autorun病毒，请教了，现在有什么办法可以解决这个问题。
