我的电脑用ＡＤＳＬ拨通网络后，打开ＩＥ往往会先出现电脑的欢迎页面，然后才能打开其他网页。不仅如此，即使关闭ＩＥ，玩我的单机游戏，一会儿电脑也会突然毫无征兆地自动重启，尤如按了“ＲＥＳＥＴ”键一般！重新启动ＸＰ就发现文件系统有损坏，系统自动修复。启动完毕，打开Ｃ：盘根目录，多了一个文件：msetus.exe，用记事本打开这个文件，发现是一个文本的内容，象是一个网页代码。里面有“中国电信上网欢迎页面”、“欢迎页面推送方式代码060808BOBO”。
对于电信这种损害用户利益的无耻行为，本人强烈要求瑞星予以打击，屏蔽电信的欢迎页面，阻止其擅自下载代码到用户电脑的行为！
