一、现象
1）WIN2000，系统在访问网络文件时速度下降，CPU占10%。曾经出现假死机现象。
2）系统进不了安全方式(蓝屏)!
3）进程表里有syshelper.exe。
二、我的处理结果
1)注册表启动项有syshelper.exe,进程管理器终止不了此进程.
2)修改注册表启动项的syshelper.exe值后，瑞星防火墙提示"sservices.exe 试图修改此项",进程管理器没有此sservices.exe 进程.
3)磁盘上搜索不到sservices.exe。
4)系统服务项有另一名为"Event Log"的服务已经运行,程序为sservices.exe,启动和属性不能被修改!
