ALT+CTRL+DELETE调出任务管理器,终止所有RUNDLL32.EXE 的进程
关闭所有浏览窗口以及一些不必要的程序
运行Hijackthis，扫描结束后在下列选项前打上勾，然后选"修复""（如果有的话）

删除
KB6847452.LOG（搜一下。

修复以上后，再专门修复C:\WINDOWS\LSASS.exe

木马Trojan.Agent.awa的手工查杀流程：

2、结束木马进程C:\windows\LSASS.EXE。（请到www.27814939.ys168.com下载诺顿进程管理器终止C:\windows\LSASS.EXE的进程）
3、删除木马文件（见附图）
4、重启。清理注册表：
先将RegFix或SREng的后缀改为.com 或.bat，再运行之。（恢复HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.exe的键值）。（或到C:\WINDOWS找到regedit.exe，将其它改名为regedit.com）

对病毒宁可勿杀一千，也不放过一个。
建议删除
开始→运行→输入services.msc，打开“服务”→查找 COM+ NT System Support Center →双击→启动类型→禁止→停止→应用→确定。禁止COM+ NT System Support Center 这个服务
重启
删除C:\Program Files\Windows NT\support.exe
