rising rfwndis driver 问题

设备管理器里所有网络适配器中都带有rising rfwndis driver ，有黄色惊叹号，而且网卡无法卸载，无法重新安装，怎么修复，大家帮帮忙！

用户系统信息：Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/42.0.2311.135 Safari/537.36 Edge/12.10240
