版主求助~！防火墙不能升级~！

升级时出现：
an error occurred while reading the configuration file
please try to repair the file using Add\remove programs in the windows control panel and try again

怎么解决？重新安装吗？我的序列号找不到了啊 ~！

拜托帮忙啊 ~！



用户系统信息：Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1)
