好像是和系统驱动冲突，请官方关注一下，不知道有人遇到此问题没有？。。

用户系统信息：Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; MyIE2; Maxthon; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; InfoPath.1)

和什么冲突？症状？

刚才升了防火墙，然后人离开会，再回来蓝屏了。英文大意是为了防止hookurl.sys危害你的电脑，……
第一次碰到这种情况。搜了下有三个文件，都在瑞星rfw目录下的

系统蓝屏会在C:\WINDOWS下生成一个MEMORY.DMP的文件，将这个文件压缩后，跟帖上传


注： 如果在C:\WINDOWS下找不到MEMORY.DMP这个文件，可以右击我的电脑点属性/高级/启动和故障回复/设置，将“写入调试信息”改为“核心内存转储” ，这样在下次系统蓝屏时，就会生成这个MEMORY.DMP这个文件夹，跟帖上传。

我的笔记本最近也经常出现蓝屏现象，查看日志，貌似都跟瑞星有关，怀疑瑞星的兼容性。现将MEMORY.DMP传上来，请高人指点一下。

发MEMORY.DMP文件之前，可以下载以下这个工具，自己判断一下蓝屏原因：
