不能升级

一点升级就出这个对话框：An error occurred while reading the configuration file.Please try to repair the file using Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel and try again.(1)请问是什么意思？

用户系统信息：Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)

下载最新版本的安装包，覆盖安装试试。
