[求助] 我新装了瑞星,为什么保护伞一直都不能开启,都是红色关闭状态!

我新装了瑞星,为什么保护伞一直都不能开启,都是红色关闭状态!

我是在官网上下载的瑞星,也是有付费的序列号的,在安装的时候有两个文件装了好几次都装不了,重重复复装了好几次了,保护伞都不能打开,我买瑞星就是为了有个实时保护,没有保护我要来当垃圾啊!

用户系统信息:Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.2; SV1; TencentTraveler 4.0; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 2.0.50727)

监控不加载,首先升级瑞星到最新版本,全盘杀毒,确认计算机中没有病毒的情况下,点击开始-程序-瑞星杀毒软件-添加删除组件-添加删除;将瑞星监控中心勾选去掉后点击下一步;修复完成后,重启动计算机,而后按照上述的操作将瑞星监控中心勾选再添加上,点击下一步即可。

不行啊,我把瑞星监控中心去掉之后保护伞可以打开,但是我重启之后又加上去,保护伞又关了,太郁闷了
