瑞星出问题了，帮帮忙！
瑞星出了点问题。。。。开始是伞变成黄色，打不开瑞星全功能软件。如果 直接点右键智能升级出来的英文说
an error occurred while reading the configuration file.please try to repair the file using Add/remove Pogrames in the window control panel and try again.(1)
但是这段时间我确实没删什么东西，怎么会配置有问题呢？怎么办?
后来尝试用了一个瑞星自己的repairtool.exe，重启之后现在瑞星标志变成一个红色惊叹号了。。。还是打不开。。。
谁能帮帮忙，解释并解决一下啊！
