1. 杀毒前关闭系统还原(Win2000系统可以忽略）：右键 我的电脑 ，属性，系统还原，在所有驱动器上关闭系统还原 打勾即可。
清除IE的临时文件：打开IE 点工具-->Internet选项 : Internet临时文件，点“删除文件”按钮 ，将 删除所有脱机内容 打勾，点确定删除。
2.打开注册表,将下面键值删除:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\windows\CurrentVersion\Run: [xj14tx9rxk1] C:\WINDOWS\iexp1ore.exe
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\windows\CurrentVersion\Run: [rysxu0vrjfbhh] C:\WINDOWS\iexpl0re.exe
3.重新启动进安全模式(开机之后按F8)删除下面文件:
C:\WINDOWS\iexpl0re.exe
C:\WINDOWS\iexp1ore.exe
重新启动

1楼都说了,我补充点,建议你把你的杀毒软件升级到最新,然后查杀,这个病毒瑞星升级后可以处理
