前一阵儿，把系统升级到SP2以后就出现这个问题了，瑞星防火墙在升级的时候，下载组件完了开始准备安装的时候，就出现蓝屏，然后自动重启。（我用的是瑞星的防火墙和卡巴的杀毒软件）

  If question continuation，disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software.Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.If you need to use safe Mode or disable compoents,restrart your computer,press F8 to select Advanced startup options,and then select safe Mode.
