引文主题：求救啊！！！我的机是AMD Atholp64的CPU.我怀疑我的CPU和FX5200显卡不兼容

我的机有时会自动进入蓝屏或者每次重启也会进入蓝屏。不知是什么问题？？？？
蓝屏显示出如下的英文：
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to

If this is the first time you are seen this stop error screen,
restart your computer.If shis screen appears again,follow these steps.
Check to be sure you have adequate disk space.If a driver is
identified in the stop massage ,disable the driver or check with the
manuclacturer for driver updates.Try changing video adapters.
check with your hardware rendor for any BIOS updates.
Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you
need to use safe mode to remove or disable components ,restsrt you
vomputer , press F8 to select Advanced startup options,and then
select safe mode.

可能是内存与主板问题,试下换内存,或更新BIOS 请问下BIOS 更新有风险没 我看哪好象有．．
