求救：无法安装操作系统！！
我的系统（WIN ME)在杀毒时死机蓝屏，出现windows protection error,you need restart your system.system halted.
我只好重装系统，可每次复制完系统文件后重启后无法继续安装硬件。
装了几次都是这样，连安全模式都无法进入。对了，在进入安全模式失败后，出现下面的提示“windows did not finish loading on the previous attempt.choose safe mode, to start windows with a minimal set of drivers."

请问是否病毒的缘故导致安装系统无法完成，没有操作系统怎样对硬盘分区彻底查毒！
因为有一些重要资料，所以不想低格。请问如何解决？
