1* 中毒以后桌面被锁定。桌面中间出现一段文字：

2*因为所有的杀毒和扫描工具都无法运行（包括QQ，还有翻译软件 等，但是游戏都能打开），所以我也不知道到底中了什么毒。
因此我想请问大家怎么才能把系统格式化。。。。请大家帮忙，谢谢
